Taba Yensu Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("Taba Yensu Group" or the "Company") is a Namibia-based private holding company and multi-disciplinary conglomerate duly registered in terms of the Namibian Companies Act, Act 61 of 1973, for the initiation of entrepreneurial projects by, Founder and Principal, Imasiku Edward Ndopu.
Mr. Ndopu is Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Taba Yensu Group. He founded the Group in 2008 and together with his family has grown the Group which now consists of several businesses across a regional network with offices in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. The Ndopu Family is well-known for its significant contributions to the development of the Republic of Namibia and its national growth, a commitment Ndopu and his family continue to uphold in their personal and business ventures today.
With a mercantile background and strong trading roots, the Ndopu Family has a rich heritage of successful leaders in several fields including commercial, academic and military. Taba Yensu Group is specifically built on the 'industrial' foresight of its Founder. Taba Yensu Group is a holding company for its direct and indirect subsidiaries that are themselves used to make investments (together with Taba Yensu Holdings, the "Taba Yensu Group").
The Group's business strategy aims at establishing and operating economically diversified portfolios, either independently or in collaboration with leading companies. Taba Yensu Group creates a multitude of prospective opportunities and converts them into commercially profitable ventures. The Group primarily focuses on devising a market-driven approach that is guided by quality, creative solutions and best practices. This enables the group to stay ahead of competition by setting standards in every line of business.
The primary objective of Taba Yensu Group is to provide management services to its subsidiary companies and to promote new projects and investments in the different industrial sectors in Namibia and the rest of Africa in line with the organization's interests. Our investments have also focused on building alliances and strategic partnerships that allow for developing the Group's competitive edge especially in as far as competing for top-tier business opportunities.
