A customized orientation program is prepared according to your position. This includes familiarization with the Group corporate culture, its systems and procedures. Coaching and feedback is carried throughout this period. An orientation plan and schedule is created to cater to your job description and can last up to the three months of your familiarization period.

 

The program consists of a basic introduction to the Group, meet-and-greet, one-on-one meetings and training with supervisor(s). During this period, we look for people to take initiative and adapt to the work environment. Meetings are scheduled at one intervals with the Human resource team and direct manager to assess your progress and collect your feedback.
